Mortgage Loan Originator

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals dedicated to providing superior customer service. Responsibilities include originating real estate loans from realtors, builders and direct sources; taking residential loan applications and completing all applicable disclosures; working with the processor from inception through fruition of the processing; follow-up on complaints, problems and concerns. Qualifications include at least two years of previous mortgage loan origination experience. Knowledge of residential mortgage lending including conventional, FHA and VA. The ability to communicate and work effectively under the presssure of deadlines is required as well as an aggressive attitude, detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
